Dr. Karen is a dedicated piano educator with a strong background in piano performance and a deep commitment to cultivating each student’s musicianship with care, clarity, and artistic integrity.

During her undergraduate studies, she was recommended by her mentor,Professor Dr. P’ng, Director of UCSI University in Malaysia, for a full scholarship to pursue her studies at West Virginia University. In recognition of her talent and dedication, she continued to receive graduate assistantships for both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees.
Dr. Karen received her advanced artistic training under Professor Dr. Peter Amstutz, a former student of the late renowned pianist Leon Fleisher, as well as Professor Dr. James Miltenberger. Through this distinguished mentorship, she deepened her musical understanding and broadened her insights into interpretation, performance, and the expressive art of classical music.
Since returning to Singapore, Dr. Karen has built a respected reputation in piano education, known for her integrity, refined musicianship, and thoughtful teaching. Her professional standing was further affirmed when she was invited to serve as an adjudicator for the Music Singapore 2024International Piano Competition.
Her students have consistently achieved outstanding results in ABRSM and Trinity piano examinations, with many attaining Distinctions and Merits. Beyond examinations, her students have also earned awards in both local and international piano competitions.
Committed to guiding each student towards their fullest musical potential, Dr. Karen welcomes learners of all ages to discover both the joy and discipline of piano learning under her guidance.
With over 20 years of teaching experience since 2010, Ms Ann is a warm and patient music teacher who truly enjoys guiding children through their musical journey.

She teaches both individual and group lessons, and spent five years with Yamaha as a certified Yamaha J Course teacher, gaining valuable experience working with young learners in group settings.
Ms Ann has prepared students for ABRSM examinations from Initial Grade to Grade 8, helping them build strong foundations, confidence, and steady progress. More importantly, she focuses on nurturing a genuine love for music — not just results.
Holding both a Degree and a Master’s Degree in Music Education, Ms Ann continues to upgrade her teaching through workshops and seminars, including Dalcroze, Kodály, and Orff approaches.
She believes learning music should be encouraging, enjoyable, and suited to each child’s pace. Her goal is to help every student grow in confidence while developing solid musical skills that last.
With 7 years of teaching experience, Abigail is a dedicated violin educator and a DipABRSM certified violinist. She was previously a member of the Singapore National Youth Orchestra (SNYO), where she developed strong ensemble and performance experience.

With extensive experience in preparing students for ABRSM examinations, Abigail supports students through a structured and encouraging learning approach, helping them grow into confident and expressive musicians while cultivating a lasting love for the violin.
